After reading all these posts by kilner, i wanted to start true pixeling. So i looked at pixelation and started learning their techniques such as dithering and not using black outlines. Its pretty simple but here is my end result:

Its nice, finally a true attempt at pixel. The dithering job is done well. The light on the lamp on the far right could be more circular. But over all a good job. You're next step in pixeling would be to try some selectout, and antialiasing.
