how do you get back to entrana ive done dragon slayer but cant figure out how to get back.

Since you're talking about dragon slayer, I think you mean the island of Crandor. Entrana is the peacefule island with monks, while crandor is the island with Elvarg and the lesser demons. You can get to Crandor by going into the karajama dungeon, then heading north until you get to the pushable wall. Once in there, keep going north past the lesser demons, Elvarg, and Skeletons, and eventually you will get to a rope, which you can climb up to be on the island of Crandor.

 

If you were infact refering to Entrana, then you can simply talk to the monks located at the port sarim docks.
