Well I figured for the cons level I want its going to take me 1083 oak larders, 8664 oak planks. Does anyone know how much (estimate) it will cost me for the demon butler to run all of those?

I think the demon butler asks for money every 5 -7 trips to the bank. If so that would be around 500k - 700k to unnote all the oaks (not including sawmill fees). I suggest you go with the lvl 40 butler, it's not a long wait and half price. I used the butler to get to 73 construction.
