You can run ess for airs in World 16 i beleive, bring unnoted ess and trade the crafters for air runes.

I'm not sure how they work, I've never done it but you could try searching a thread on the official forums, the world is F2P but the guys who started it might be P2P. Try the TipIt forums and the official forums :)
