July 16, 200619 yr Well I am just starting to level up my fishing. I managed to get 58 fishing in 2 days. But I need to know if there is fishing competion all? Do you fish at the same rate by yourself as you would with 15 other people there? If somebody could answer it would be greatly appreciated.
July 16, 200619 yr that question will always go unanswerd some people say that the more peple that are finshing the slower u catch others just say the hier your level your faster u catch but i do think it there is loads of ppl there and with 58 fishing ther ewill be alot of ppl hier then you it is going to be alot slower
July 16, 200619 yr im my opinion its just like cutting a tree, the more people there is on that spot the less lobbies u will get. but when u get a higher fishing level you will catch lobbies in no time at all :uhh: RIP:Hell Buster1<̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃââÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃââÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ>Due To The Power Abuse Of Mods<̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃââÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃââÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãââ>
July 16, 200619 yr Author Thanks daylight, again if anybody else things otherwise don't be afraid to say so :D
July 17, 200619 yr well i dont think it matters but if u talking to them u might miss the fishing spot change and u cpouod waste 5 mins without reasling it lol but yeah Pyromancer, next time you touch my signature, dont take everything about buddy. This is Zoidnerd, im banned on rs for 2 moar dais so smd kai? Btw a cooked bread once told me he did things to little boys. I didnt name any names so deal with it.
July 17, 200619 yr Truth to be told, I think that with more people, its easier, 'cause Jagex doesnt want to keep alot of people waiting. Then, the game ould lose popularity. For example, once, when i was fishing, there was nobody there fishign with me. I fished for 20 min..... and caught not a single lobby. I went to free world because free worlds are often more populated in fishing areas, and there were about 30 pll fishin there. I got a full inventory of lobbies in 15min
July 17, 200619 yr It is based on lvl. There would be no lvls if it relied on the amount of people there. Join BsK today.
July 17, 200619 yr Jagex said themselves that it doesn't matter how many people are on the fishing spot well today at 11:30 am 14 years ago i was born.. wo0t!!!At 11:30 you should start holding your head underwater wo0t!!!Stop acting such a moron.
July 17, 200619 yr Hello, I catch fishes at about the same speed rate all the time, no matter if there is 20 people on the spot or if I'm the only one fishing. :P Greetings, Zou Lou. July 17, 200619 yr I think it makes no difference. The rate you get fish at must depend on your fishing level... I got lobbies a lot slower when I was at lower fishing, but I still got the same amount of lobbies at the same rate every time the amount of people changed. But now I can get a full inventory of lobbies within 3 minutes with 62 fishing even when there is absolutely no one there.
July 17, 200619 yr Author Ok thanks guys, I think I get it...No matter how many people at a fishing spot, you fish at the same rate (according to your fishing level of course)
July 20, 200619 yr It's like the ring of wealth...Jagex says it helps but still half the RS population disagrees. Quit RS, combat 104, total 1651
July 20, 200619 yr ok with trees, they have X logs to cuter from, more people on a treee the less logs everyone gets before it stumps. your wc rate remains the same, you just have to move around to new trees. with fishing, there is no such thing as X fish in the spot. you can have 5000 people fioshing the same spot and so long as they are all fishing (and not *starting* to fish) the fishing spot will move evntually like no one was fishing it. The main problem with too many people fishing at the same waters is that when one first starts to fish by dipping the pole in the water, you can get a random. one of the randoms is a fish that pops up and spits your rod/cage away and killing the fishing spot. this means that if there's more people on a fioshing spot, more fish spitting rods per second and more moving around =) Other than that, no rate of change on the fish coming in. Cheers! -BB
