someone told me theyre bought from merchants in the wilderness, do you just wander around till you find one or are they in a specific location?

There's tons of sellers everywhere, north of edgeville, near the bandit camp, east of dark night castle, near the chaos alter (lvl 15), near the rouges castle, tons more.
