New To Merching.....Need Some Help!

Now im lvl 73 and i have never used merching as a form of making money but iv read some posts here on the forums and i think im hooked. I wanted to know some tricks to merching and a small list of prices to buy and sell items for im going to try and start out with 200k because i recently died and lost about 1mil worth of stuff :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: ....But anyway life goes on and i was going to fish lobs for full rune a d long then go duel and stack to make cash but if i can make more merching i will! Help me out with tips on merching, good items to start out merching with 200k, lists of items i can merch, and anything else i need to know about merching. I know im asking alot and im not expecting a full page list of items to merch just a few items.

i'm not exactly a "merchanting expert" but i've made a few bucs merchanting and i would have 2 say that my favorite ways of merchanting (although they are only f2p ways) are going 2 a lowly populated world...like 61 or 62 or 63 (the seattle worlds) during the day or night and buying coal or big bones. buy coal for about 140-150gp each then go to the forums here, or (although its slower) go to a more populated world like 1 or 3 (lol again...i only know f2p worlds) and selling them for 200 each. 50gp profit each coal...if you bought 1000 coal at 150 and sold for 200 thats a fast 50k profit (if my math is right). and big bones i've had the most luck with. buy on a lowly populated world (again seatlle worlds work good) in varrok west bank for 200 each (you would be surprised to see how many people will actually sell to u for 200 each if you have patience) then switch to a highly populated world and you can easily find buyers for 400gp each (thats a 200k profit on 1000 big bones) or if you can't find buyers in the worlds, bring your sales here on the forums. good luck with your merchanting, hoped i helped at least a little.

thx for the info the problem im facing here is i dont want to buy like 1k big bone for 200gp ea for example and be stuck with 500 bones for 3 days i dont know how popular some items are so i would like some info on the most popular items that sell quicker then others.

well u could get ur cooking lvl so u cant burn salmon or lobs

 

 

 

for salmon buy feathers 10ea and use them all and cook salmon and sell. pretty big profit, takes some time though but u get cooking/fishing xp

 

 

 

for lobs if ur member then this is no prob but f2p going to karjama then to a bank is a long process so i suggest salmon but either buy raw lobs and cook or get raw lobs urself and cook
