July 22, 200620 yr i think the message centre (where jagex sends you messages) got updated, it looks more colorful and they added images. (If im wrong and the message centre always looked like that, well im sorry)

Probably got tired of people wasting bandwith with old messages (I had one from when I first became a member last year ago, and some even before then :-w ) I'd say it looks alright. Too bad probably could've been better for Jagex to work on the game instead. :-s
