300x150 Sig. Have a nice 400x200 picture I want to put in it. How do I make the picture around 280x130?

go to the top

 

 

 

i think its under image

 

 

 

and go to image size

 

 

 

and then type it in

That does it in proportion to both measurements...

 

 

 

I forgot how to totally resize it :P

If you really have time.. go to edit > transform > scale. You have to merge all the layers before this. Then you can slowly scale it down, copy it press file new and it will tell you what dimensions you are at so it can help you out.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It might become a bit blury just to warn you though.
