id like to ask if there is any other form of a free program that have close to the same capabillity as photoshop? becuase i like sig making and ive tried paint.net but its features is minimal and i dont wonna spend money on such programs... and please if im all wrong tell me kindly insted of flaming how to make better sigs (espially backgrounds) with paint.net cuz im empty on ideas...

i havent made a signature of this small format :(

IMO photoshop is really the best program to use, I don't really think the'res any fee program that matches it capabilities :?
