New-ish High Level Spells

I kind of figured, what the heck, this might be a cool idea. Might be over kill in a sense but it's definatly worth a shot. Should be a P2P spell.

 

 

 

Burn

 

Level 70

 

20 Fire, 2 Law, 2 Soul

 

Description:

 

Causes all weapons of the afflicted target to heat up and burn. Unless they remove the weapons, they will take 5 points of damage every 5 seconds for the duration of the spell.

 

Duration: 30 seconds.

 

Only can be used on other players in Wildy or Castle Wars etc,

 

 

 

Smolder

 

Level 90

 

50 Fire, 5 Law, 5 Soul

 

Description

 

Same as above, but the duration is increased for a minute. Also, all metal armor will deal 1 point of damage every 10 seconds (includes anything from Bronze to Rune) for one minute.

 

Duration: 1 minute

 

Ditto

 

 

 

Oh one thing I want to mention, this spell should have a pass / failure hazard. Upon failure, the spell bounces back on the caster. Most likely the caster will only have a staff, but still it's too powerful to be so deadly.

 

There will be no effect if the target has no weapon (or armor).

 

 

 

Lastly, anyone wearing ice gloves will be immune to the spell (woohoo) Maybe they should make icy potions too

I'm no mem, but isnt 5 every 5 secs a lot? that 11 damage every 10 seconds if u use burn, 66 damage a minute. Than, add on the damage from watever atk u are usin, hed be dead quick.

 

 

 

Im all for this idea, as with most, but 5 damage a for 5 seconds is a lot for me.
