I've also been told that it lets you negotiate prices in certain things and lets you chose what type of cat you get from gertrude when you buy one. Is all this true? Does it do anything else? When you start the quest garden of tranquility, your ring gets unlocked, allowing you to help influence some people. color of cats and half priced gold shipping is included.
