djfan00002 Posted July 27, 2006 Share Posted July 27, 2006 Each set has its uses, for what you are looking to use it for I would say either torag's with whip and obby shield as said before because it is the best defense. But for dueling and such Veracs is great as it ignores armor. Dharok is great for str training at low hp and guthans is great for some slayer tasks.
