i started a topic on the general fourms about this problem and someone told me to go to imageshack.com for a host and i tried it just like they said, but it says GENERAL ERROR then says debug mode.

click profile. if your uploading a picture from http://imageshack.us, the post the website inside the "avatar" part. if you have the picture on your computer, then click browse and find the picture...
