For me its all messed up with that bow so i need to clear up things a bit. does the range bonus go down with each recharge or when my bow is starting to get empty. And after my 10th recharge do i have to get a new bow? Couldnt find any threads about it :-k .

The range bonus goes down as the bow degrades (10/10 would be +100, 9/10 would be 96) And no, after the bow degrades completely - you can take the seed to an elf called Ilfeen, she'll charge you a price depending how many times you've recharged it, and give you a new bow.
