i will have 43 prayer before i start, but is my range ok for it?

For the demon buy a cannon and like 20 cballs, take a prayer pot or two and use protect from mage. I ranged it with green d hide at like 47 ranged, but also with a cannon, took 14 cballs. It didn't melee me at all, dunno why not.

I was only 40 something ranged when I killed it, too. You can do it, just take a couple of prayer pots, becuase it will take a little longer. :D
