I still cannot figure out where to get this "nettle tea" he is asking for..so until I can do that I am getting nowhere with him. Can you tell me where this "tea" is found or made ?

Firstly get a bowl and netlles (bowl in cooking guild and nettles at edgeville yew trees (make sure you wear gloves while picking nettles)). Then use the bowl on a water source and use the nettles on the bowl of water. Then use it on a range to make it hot and poor it into an empty cup. (Drink a cup of tea in taverly or varrock thieving stall and you'll get the empty cup)
