Where/ how do i get Volcanic moss? can anybody help me?

So im not the only one who doesnt know of this moss...

Despite being f2p, I can tell you mean volencia. Its part of the jungle potion quest and according to tip.it, it can be found on the rocks. the man even tells you where to look.

The moss is in the mining area south east of Tai Bwanno village.
