According to tipit, it means this...

 

 

 

Yanille Agility Dungeon, downstairs. Go down into the area with the poison spiders and search the crate next to the stairs leading up. You must bring an antipoison potion with you, and 40 agility is required.

 

 

 

Im just curious if this is accurate because according to my agility guide in game I need 16 agility to get into Yanille and 40 seems awfully high. Especially since I just became a member and don't have any =(
