I have seen pures with these weird bags on them, btw NOT the one from Rag and Bone man.

Actually its not a bag, its scuba gear from the quest recipe of disaster, its not that hard to get. Here is the link to the quest the mini quest for that part is the 2nd mini quest.

Yes those are them, ess pouch are not visable to other players and arnt tradable.
