Is the rune limb tradable, and is there a certain range level to weild the rune one? And is any limb tradable?

 

 

 

All limbs except blurite are tradeable. You can buy a completed rune bow for 30-60k pretty easily so just go with that. The range guide in game tells you the reqs.

 

 

 

Enchanted bolts are NOT tradeable, btw.
