training help

im looking to train a pker to 80 str abd about 50 att - this training is on prgress but to keep my def low and still train quickly what do people think are the best monsters to train on??

1. F2p or P2p

 

2. 50 attack might not be the greatist try 40 attack or 60 attack

 

3. If you want to be a pure stay 1 defence

 

 

 

 

 

Now the training spots if your p2p there are tons of places, rock crabs (north of seers), Experiments (east of canafis) and the all mighty pest control south of falador. Now if your f2p Barbiarns or low lvl monsters in varrock sewers.

def is 10 i have decided to leave it there instead of making new player

 

 

 

any other f2p training locations?

well getting 10 defence i would recommend restarting sense he is still f2p and seemed to just started. goblins north of falador can be a nice stop to train. to start out with you want to be 1 prayer then later on once your around 60-65 combat you will want to get 31 prayer (make sure you do priest of peril) then if you of course continue with your pure around 80 combat you will want 52 prayer for smite and pk whips.
