Not sure that it's the quickest way, but the best way in my opinion is ranging Blue Drags

Get 6-7k of iron knives and range fire giants or ogres

 

 

 

or if you are feeling rich get your hands on a whole load of cannonballs (And a cannon) and blast away at the rock crabs or dagganoths - you'll get your xp and everyone will hate you :)
