Ok i am level 44 range and im working toward a goal of 50 range. I am f2p. I have no clue what to train on, what arrows to use, how many to use, or anything.(i usually dont range much) If some of you guys could help me out it would be greatly appreciated.

I trained on al kharid guards up to 50, with iron arrows. don't remember how many it took though.

Use my guide (in sig). For that level I would suggest using a safespot for the minitours since they drop loads of iron. Bring 200 of your own and those, combined with the dropped irons, should be more than enough for 50 range.
