Ive im the cavern but i dont no how to get out.......any help!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????

There's a way through the waterfall, I'm not sure anymore how it was but it was something with the waterfall I think.

 

 

 

If you can't manage that you'll have to get a friend to bring you some tele runes I guess...

Ages since i did that quest.. but yea i reckon if you cant find the exit you should try get a friend to come there or find a random person doing the quest or something to help you out

go to the south side of the river and click on the rocks at the mouth of the cave

Were you using our guide by the way? If so it obviously needs some work.

I was using your guide...it didn't say anything about south side or river...it just said climb rocks
