At 77 fishing, about how many shark will i catch an hour?

Use the Fishing guild.

 

Lvl 76 Fishing and lvl 80 Cooking (+cooking gloves) will give you about 100 sharks an hour.

 

If you don't cook them you'll have about 110-120.
