Well, I don't see what your trying to make bigger in the link but if you have photoshop. I believe there is a way to make it bigger, I know you can do it in photoshop but the quality won't come out as good. I forget how to do it but if you want the quality of the picture to remain there, I don't know how =/ Sorry but I think the picture you have is stuck at that size.

I did something that was bigger and it worked out fine
