i want a cat

Party hat, it was a christmas drop in the year...2001 i beleive..? correct me if i'm wrong but they were dropped in christmas crackers where 2 ppl would pull the cracker and you would hope you'd get the phat. There discontinued items now and considered "rare" and they can very from like 200m-1bill (don't flame me) ...very expensive, a total rip off.
