Where can I get one? I've tried talking to Edmond and Arlena but they dont mention anything about a gasmask... I have done Plague City quest but havent done Biohazard.

You don't need it to go to west ardy either, only for the plague city quest.

Theres a spare one in the cupboard in Edmonds house :)
