Desert Attack Chapter One

I will begin my story by telling who I am, or was. I was a simple smither (lvl 65) living and working in lumbridge. Did you ever wonder who made the axes for Bob's axes? That was me. One day I was working on an order of steel axes for Bob when a letter arrived. The parchment was in ill condition and faded, as if it had traveled a long way in the heat. I would have read the letter at that very moment, except for one problem. I couldn't read. I set off for Bob's axes to see if he could read it for me. When I arrived, Bob said, "Have you finished those axes yet?"

To mister Fripple Bubby,

The desert is under attack. Troops have poured in from all over the world and are attempting to control the desert for their own selfish purposes. It has come to our (the desert soldiers assisted by the Burthorpe soldiers) attention that you are in the business of making weaponry. If you could supply the troops with steel or better weapons you will be spared from the onslaught of the invaders. We could protect you. If you disagree, you will be killed. If we get permission from the King of Varrock, his troops and smiths will assist us as well. Please send letter in reply. Sincerly,
