i know its meant to be possible.. anyone have a pic on this..? and what to do to get there?

+9 is the max possible boost. Runescape incorrectly posted that the evil stew and construction tea combined. They have taken that down I believe.

 

 

 

So your options are the assured +3 from tea or the random +6 from evil stews combined with the +3 from the crystal saw (which gives you the bonus but does not show on your stats). You can only use the saw's boost for things that require a saw so no rooms or monsters for example.
