Are Troll Generals still hally\rangeable?

 

 

 

I remember someone awhile ago saying Jagex changed them so you can't hally them anymore, but I haven't heard anything since then.

u can still hally them but i wouldnt advise it... there t no obstacles

Well that's what I mean, hallying them from a safespot. I remember you could stand in the doorway and they couldn't reach you, and also behind the stone table. Wondering if those spots are still safe.
