Im workin on construction..its only level 7...i need a good world that i can hang out at rimmington and buy supplies that i need..money wont be a problem for awhile...plz help :D

Well, to be honest there isn't a "construction world" that I know of. Why not just buy the materials yourself? You can use the house teleport for faster access to your house - allowing you to level up more quickly.
