i believe that there should be a new type of arena similar to the duel arena in that you fight but cannot escape and similar to the wilderness in that when you enter a fight you become skulled and when you die will lose all of your items that you are carrying what i am proposing is a death match arena this would be laid out like a large circle with waiting rooms on the outside and stands for people to watch there would be simple rules like no protection prayers and no mage or range options etc i think that a lot of you may say that people could just stake in the arena or dm in the wild however in the arena you cannot wear what you stake and oftern have to do no armor dagger fights while in the wild there is always a dm runner or tele nub or pjer this arena could be f2p or p2p or both as it applies to both please add input and dont flame its my first ever suggestion and it was spawned from all of this dm runner whining

What do you mean? F2P just got an update, and if I'm not mistaken, they do get periodic updates - things like holiday events, landscape updates, and such. The security stronghold was a major update that included F2P.

Back on topic, i don't think that this is that good an idea as we already have wildy for brawls and duel arena for deathmatches

i apologised for the lack of sentence structure etc already or at least i meant to and it appears this idea is a dud i guess thats what i get for thinking while mowing the lawn = \ darn i thought at least some people would like it though :oops:

Don't feel bad. Some of my ideas are none-to-popular as well. Takes a while to figure out what other people like and don't like.

 

 

 

Unfortunately, popularity isn't necessarily what Jagex looks for when considering an idea. I suspect it has more to do with how it will affect the game in terms of playability, balance, and fun. The other factor is the level of programming difficulty.

 

 

 

For all we know, someone from Jagex may have read your message and thinks it's the greatest thing since sliced bread and we'll see it in a future update some time.
