alching with keyboard?

i have seen a thread for alching with keyboard, and u go into control panel and change some stuff but i cant seem to find that thread ... it would really help cuase i have a huge cramp in my hand from holding onto the mouse

you go into control panel and enter the mouse folder there and turn mousekeys on. use your mouse to get the cursor over the alch button and item and then use the 5 key that doesnt have the % symbol on it to click and it says your precious fingers and this has been okeyed by Jagex
