well i really need to get to 70 def ( for karils) and need your help. i really have to idea where to train and what on, i need a monster that has reasonably low def and high hp. i will be using a whip, rune plate, rune legs, rune kite, rune boots, obby cape, glory, dds and wealth.

I say train on Experiments, they provide 400xp per kill and are relatively low (22 or something), you do need to have got a little far into the creature of fenkenstrain quest, then you will have access to the undergorund part where the experiments are. Although they can be fairly crouded at times. :XD: \

only 5 experiments. they are for pures, coz the 1 def issue.

 

 

 

full rune+d scim it up, edgeville dungeon across monkey bars. afk on earthwarriors. large xp, they barely ever hit. few hours down the track 70 def is yours.. gl either way

thanks for the replys guys. i might try out both the afk at edge dungeon on earth warriors and the experiments. although the earth warriors sound the most appealing.
