August 24, 200619 yr I've been trying to contact Jagex and ask them a few questions regarding RuneScape, however, after a few replies I found out that the link no longer works: Home > Customer Support > Game > General > My player is stuck in a piece of scenery, what do I do? (Click on "Customer Support" link in the paragraph.) Now this is different than the "Comment on Our Service" found under "Customer Support" in the front page, but I ranted to Jagex, asking them why can't I access the link. They replied that I'm having trouble connecting to the servers, but can't help anymore than that. So, I'm just curious, can YOU access the link that I told you about? Or do you get a 404 Error Page? Doraemon FTW! =)
August 24, 200619 yr Yes, it's not the server. Jagex seem to have entered an invalid link I think. I'll submit a bug report. Thanks! In the meantime though, I would just use the link on the homepage, 'Comment on our Service Next TET Event: A Gnomes Dream Next TET AU Event: Guthix Vs. Zaros Pt. 2: Kidnapped!
