August 31, 200619 yr You get it if you lost an account and you want to recover you have to send information of jagex to prove that yo are indeed the owner of that account. September 1, 200619 yr When you are hacked, forget your password, etc., you will have to file a report to get your account back. After the report has been succesfully sent, you will recieve your tracker ID. Make sure you WRITE IT DOWN!!! And there is no way to get your other passwords back.
