Locked HAM Trap Door

Someone told me that to get in the HAM headquarters you need to go in a trap door east of draynor, but it is locked! What do I do? :D

Choose the option to "pick-lock" the trap door (or something along those lines). Its shouldn't take more than a few seconds for you to unlock it. It has a low level thieving requirement as well.
