First, here's a bit of free advice: try to construct your sentences better. People will be a lot more willing to help you if you ask in a clear understandable way.

 

To upload an avatar (picture next to your name) go into the 'Profile' section of the forums (the same place that you wrote your sig). There is an 'Upload Avatar' option near the bottom of the page. Simply upload an image from your computer that is within the necessary size limitations and you should have it.
