for doing barrows which is the best selection with my monk robes?

God capes, zammy and sara have a higher prayer bonus that guthix i think

 

 

 

Symbols, they dont have a difference they just make u into different animals in castle wars

dont have a god cape but for the symbols the unholy one has attack bonuses and the holy one defence but only if they are blesd and i never done barrows but i geus that unholy (blesd) is better
