ShadowSam19 Posted September 2, 2006 Share Posted September 2, 2006 The guilded altar, when use with highest burners, can give a 350% increase in prayer xp. This is compared to the 400% increase you get with ectoing. People use the guilded altars because it i faster, and more convientent. Keep in mind that you need marrentills for the burners to get the maximum xp. Though you get less xp from a guilded altar, this is more then made up for by the convience and speed.
