I am at the end of the quest where I need to talk to Nulodion but the door is locked to his room and a lock pick doesn't work. I don't know what I am suppose to do now. I also searched everywhere for a key but couldn't find one. Can anyone help?

nulodian is above ground..to the left side building just a little north west from ladder down in to mines.. i never found his door locked even before i started quest.. when you look at quest in game does it say to go to nulodian...you only go to him after fixing cannon and talking again to dwarf commander who tells you he needs a cannon ball mold..
