September 9, 200619 yr Well, lets start out saying this, my brother bought a Wireless Internet Device to plug into his USB slot so he could get the internet in his room, without the cables. Well, the first thing he did after he opened it was... Throw away the box with the disk that has the drivers etc on it... So, he bought a new one, and let me have the old one, which he is thinking is basically useless. #-o So... I was thinking, maybe some of you smart people would know where I would be able to find drivers for this device? I have checked the DYNEX company website. Basically everything written on it: DYNEX FCC: Tested To Comply With FCC Standards For Home Or Office Use Model: DX-WGPUSB FCC ID: MXF-U950526G Wireless Enhanced G USB Dongle Made in China S/N: ZB3670800071 MAC: 0014A59EAC55 If anybody can point me in the right direction, I will love you forever. :3> I would prefer not to spend $40 or so for another one for myself. :P
September 9, 200619 yr Author I looked all over and couldn't find it, and you found it within half an hour of me posting... God I must be an idiot, well, thanks a bundle, this can be locked. #-o EDIT: I get 'this page cannot be found' when I try to download the setup ond/or wizard drivers... :ohnoes:
September 9, 200619 yr http://forums.driverguide.com/showthread.php?t=21029 Watch this thread to see if anyone posts. Or watch Dynex's website to see if they fix the link(s). Also.. why can't you just borrow your brother's CD?
September 9, 200619 yr Author He tossed it, and the new one he bought is a different brand. US Robotics I think it is. Thanks for making that thread as well. :)
