well i turned it on today and it sayed your profile could not be loaded it may be corupted

 

 

 

when it loaded it was missing a ton of stuff documents, programs, pictures

 

 

 

idk how this happened i was using it yesterday and it was all fine

 

 

 

the only thing i could remember doing is dunning a spyware scan a few days ago but nothing else that i dont do every day

 

 

 

thankls if any one can help im not very good with computers

my brother is better with computers, but i'd say that you may have gotten a virus that wiped out your files.
