O, how I wonder from the path that is straight,

 

 

 

and yet You love me anyway.

 

 

 

Over and over everyday, You, O Lord, I can't help but betray,

 

 

 

and yet You love me anyway.

 

 

 

My heart always strays to the left or the right.

 

 

 

I cannot stay true for even one night, not even one day...

 

 

 

and yet you love me anyway.

 

 

 

No matter how I try, I fall back into sin,

 

 

 

and yet you are gracious, again and again.

 

 

 

You are forgiving and faithful; you stay true till the end,

 

 

 

my Redeemer, Deliverer, Lover, and Friend.
