Help with mage armour

Featured Replies

Hi!

Sorry to trouble you but i have only just started playing Runescape again and am way behind in regards to knowlage since all of these updates have come out.

I'm really getting into magic now, i think the new ancient magik spells are great so my current goal is 94 magic, have the runes but not the time so its taking a while!

Anyway.. i'm wanting to know if there is any dark looking armour that is good for mages? im'm wanting a sort of like a dark magician theme.. kinda black/brown dark colours. i've seen some people around in some gear that would fit the discription, not sure what it is, maybe Ahrims? I dont plan to us this gear for fighting, just general jobs, obviosly i'll use more efficient armour when i come to PK, fight, slay ect ect.

Thank you very much!

p.s Can someone tell me what is meant by dd's? is it dragon dagger with poisen?

dds is dragon dagger super poisoned, though its now changed in game and is now called dd(p++).

Ahrims is a nice dark mage outfit, need 70 mage and defence for it, and it has the best melee defence for a mage costume (I think).

Black and red mystic is a general mage outfit, same as blue except the colour.

Thats about it for good dark mage robes, except ghostly which is more invisible than dark.
