Friends can vist your house and buy or sell stuff when your running around else where

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Less running around for you however i would still say you have to be logged in or your house is locked

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This would prove very helpful and as long as you have to be logged in for players to use your house it wouldn't cuase any market problems
