My friend has combat lvl 31 with 40 atk, 24 str and that is what he is working on to get real high. He has 1 def and 1 everything else

 

 

 

but lvl 25 prayer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

What should he train on so he doesn't have to use too much food and not train on real low lvl monsters like chickens?
