how do you kill aberrant specters?

i got assigned aberrant specters for slayer, i know their attack is magic based so i wear dragonhides, however the longest i can last is like 10 specters with an inventory full of lobsters, or i can use guthans to heal un bloodvelds, but it takes 2-3 bloodvelds to heal for each specter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

so i want know what is the best way for killing these (bare in mind i have a rather low budget)

Best way would be to wear prayer armour, something like initiate armour or the next stage up (forgot name..) and just to use protect magic all the way, you'll more then likely make up for the used ranarrs because these tend to drop a good amount of them, and you'll also find other drops to help make more cash. :
